Welcome to VSTSA. By downloading, accessing, or using the VSTSA mobile application ('App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. Using the VSTSA app constitutes your agreement to these terms.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the VSTSA app responsibly and in full compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage.
3. Data and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The VSTSA app is designed to function entirely offline. It does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage information from your device. All calculations and conversions are performed locally on your device.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the App will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that the developer of VSTSA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the App.
